Lots of STAR question, specially about your technical background and experience with managing large technical programs. 5 interviewers in one day. My advice is, prepare experience related scenarios before going into the interviews, don't try to just answer on the spot

      Entretien

The interview process was very grueling. It started with a 30 min phone interview with recruiter. I passed on to a 1 hour phone interview with an employee with same title. I passed on to the 2 -day interview. Before that i had to provide a 1-2 page essay on a topic they specified and applied to my work experience. I spoke with 5 different people including the hiring manager. All of them went pretty well except for 1 interview. He kept asking me the incessant behavioral questions about failure. I had to dig back deep as those happened early on in my career. I am at a more senior level now and this type of questioning is difficult, if you are still failing after 20+ years in the field why would they want you? lol! the way it works is they all submit their reviews and then after the interviews they all get together to agree or disagree. If just 1 person disagrees and even if the hiring manager wants to hire you, it's a negative. I was told that i mentioned work that was too old, this is funny because i knew the person that prevented the hiring. The same person who kept asking every which way about failures which i had none in the last 10+ years based on the company i work for. It's not an option when you have 1000+ of engineers depending on your application. Overall i did learn some things during the process, it was mostly positive, and all but 1 sour grape, all the others were very nice. For me the process is a little behind the times with this type of questioning. I'm sure they want to see how you react with questions coming at you in a different way, there are other methods of doing this.

      Question 1

Most of the employees asked about relevant work experience and didn't harp on the behavioral questions ad nauseum as 1 person did.
