We were 3 candidates in a call. It starts off with the CEO sighing like he's tired or something but turns out he's just an arrogant condescending man. CEO is the interviewer and asks the first guy. First guy doesn't seem too spirited about his stuff so CEO kicks him out while sighing again like he's somehow sad. He asks me next and asked about what made me want the role and our experience. A minute into me explaining, the CEO takes over and starts degrading me from what school I came from (and why he never hires people from universities) and even disrespectfully telling me that I know too little and need to learn to talk outside more because the previous folks that he interviewed from my university and other similar universities were acting weird? Like I'm talking about the role and my experience with the tech stack and CEO is out here in delusional land thinking like he knows everything about me and assumes the worst. He didn't even bother testing my experience, he just went full condescending mode. He asks you about what you know about AMAGI and I did a bit of research prior and he seemed offended that I didn't even know what he gave to the hospitals around my country. I asked him for a sample notable hospital he gave services to and he just kept going and trying to act all high and mighty. The third candidate just simply left and I was kicked out. Don't waste your time here. You deserve better.

Negative experience, boss will interview you and will have petty demands like wanting the interviewer to ask plenty of unnecessary questions and if you don't he will remove you immediately from the meeting without any professionalism
