Interview took place over 2 months or so and consisted of an initial recruiter screen, an in person interview with the team, an interview with another higher up, and then a 15 minute check in with one of the cofounders. While I really enjoyed meeting with the staff, and was actually extended a verbal offer while they checked my references, after my meeting with the cofounder I was sent a generic email stating that went with a different candidate. The only thing the cofounder asked me was why I left my last role and I tried to be diplomatic about it and keep it professional but they were very insistent to ask for specifics which is not something people generally ask for in interviews as no professional is going to speak negatively about a former company. Based on their website they seem to still have to have the role posted so I’m not sure if they actually ended up hiring someone else. I liked the company’s mission a lot and do wish the organization well, but the lack of clarity and confusion at the end was unfortunate.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amae Health

The interview process is a few steps; first a recruiter, followed by a clinical supervisor and operations manager, then by their CMO and finally a 15 minute check-in with the founders. The recruiter and operations manger you are asked questions related to your interest in working here, salary expectations, work styles,…etc. With the clinal supervisor you are provided a fake vignette of a client and are asked to review it.
Overall I didn’t really enjoy my experience with this agency as some of the questions and attitudes from the interviewers felt standoffish and judgmental. It also felt like the space had alot of burnt out in it.
