The case topic is chosen by the candidate. In other words, they don't give you a topic, you determine the topic. It is relaxing to have such a process as a candidate, you are more productive when you have a command of the topic. I interviewed through a submitted case. We proceeded through very detailed questions and answers.
It was a 3 step interview.
1st with HR for a 15m introduction
2nd with HR+Manager for more contextualization of how I handled past experiences and understand how I would fit in the company
3rd with HR+Manager for questions of how I handle situations

Long and confusing. The teams do not coordinate and HR is laid back and not responsive.
5 rounds were taken and then they decided to change the process to re-take the rounds.
