2 Rounds were held and then nada. No update from HR. No update at all. Tried contacting over e-mail but still nada.

It was a 3 step interview.
1st with HR for a 15m introduction
2nd with HR+Manager for more contextualization of how I handled past experiences and understand how I would fit in the company
3rd with HR+Manager for questions of how I handle situations

Long and confusing. The teams do not coordinate and HR is laid back and not responsive.
5 rounds were taken and then they decided to change the process to re-take the rounds.
