one round with the Director. Fairly straight forward. Waited to have a chat with the Director. Was a fairly casual talk in English. Though majority of the company is French, they test your English at the interview. It helps to know about the company and their products. If you know what department/product you are working on, do research on it.

2nd with HR+Manager for more contextualization of how I handled past experiences and understand how I would fit in the company

Long and confusing. The teams do not coordinate and HR is laid back and not responsive.
