I had a phone interview with a recruiter which was a 10 minute compensation/company overview. I was then moved on to speak with the Director. She was nice enough, didnt ask if I had any questions or ask any specific questions, very surface level stuff. I didnt hear back for a week but followed up and was told they moved forward with other candidates.
