This was a telephone interview. The phone call started right on time. It was pretty basic with the usual initial interview questions about experience, pendings and claims handling. The interviewer was friendly enough to sound interested even though he wasnt.

The interview process involved three rounds. First round was with HR. Second and third were with supervisors and directors. I had an overall excellent experience. Heard back not too long after and was offered a claims position.
