The interview process was chaotic especially the face to face. For some reason none of the "managers" had scheduled time to meet despite assurances from the recruiter who was upbeat that all was well and had the interview schedule sent to all the concerned parties. Please stay away if you didn't go to high school with the "managers" there otherwise you are wasting your time. The reviews on glassdoor are very accurate. It is very cliqueyyyyyy if there is a word like that. Good luck applicants!

Question 1
I was very confused because none of the so called "managers" wanted to be in the interviewing room. They all seamed to be pulled from their work to come and ask questions but if they haven't looked at your resume then what do you expect them to ask. They just talked about themselves and how work was either overwhelming and how nice was for the company moving to downtown Cleveland.

Entretien
My interview process started in mid June and I didn't get an offer until the end of August in which they wanted me sign the letter to work and start within 4 days. It was very slow and very unreasonable the requests asked. There was very little communication and it was dragged out with 4 interviews.
