I had multiple phone conversations and an in person meeting. I also had a meeting with management in person. I was offered a position. This was a very professional office. Interview process was smooth and well organized.

I was approached by a recruiter, and I ended up interviewing for two roles, for which I was rejected for both. I interviewed with two leaders each time, and the questions were your typical STAR format. I had to check with the recruiter each time for an update and ended up being rejected. I was later approached by a 3rd party recruiter, who said that AmTrust is having trouble filling the roles. I guess they haven't found their unicorn candidate yet. Luckily, I was able to land an offer for a similar role at another company.
