Did the interviews via phone calls due to the pandemic. Answered a series of questions regarding experience, expectations, and reasons for applying for the role. There was also a brief introduction to the field as preparation for the job. After the calls, I was asked to send a few initial requirements and then got into 'Intern' status.

Entretien
The Initial Interview consists of a panel of questions asked by the team leader and sometimes, the Assistant Sales Director. You are asked on your presentation skills, how you would present yourself and how you would sell a product. After the initial interview, the HR would be the next to ask you directly about the job specifics, if you would be able to handle and generate leads and such.

Entretien
In my case I spoke with the Area Director and my prospective manager, making inquiries on the commission, locations and what's next after I accepted the role in the initial interview. They are also prospecting your communication skills, your presentation skills which are both important during prospective client meetings.
