I would strongly suggest not wasting your time with this organization. Horrible interview possible, panel review that badgers and prides themselves on the number of hours that they require their associates to work. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Better to be unemployed than work at Altisource

Phone screen, in person panel interviews (w/ 2 peers not showing up), take Wonderlic IQ test (new to me, but i think it went OK, b/c there are practice exams), personality test, then deep questions about strategy in prior roles, and then a puzzle/problem solving question series.

Quick process overall. The position was posted for some time, and my experience was an exact match. I believe they wanted to hire someone quickly to manage the high volumes. The overall process was grueling! It was 4 separate rounds which ended with a panel (3 people) in person interview. THEN there were two tests to take.
