After sending the resume, there was first a telephonic round of interview within 30 days of application. The interview was direct and exhaustive with questions related to how to work in such complications, in specific situations and how to manage in case of difficult-to-handle clients? After clearing this interview, a personal interview was arranged based on availability and it was a case-study for a specific client who wanted to enter the Indian Railways market. The questions were exhaustive and deeply checking the knowledge of candidate. It was almost sure at the end of the interview that I was selected!
