The interview process will have total of 3 technical rounds along with 1 HR Round : 1. Hacker Rank test at Altemetrik itself 2. F2F technical 3. Client/Manager Technical F2F 4. HR 1. The worst interview I have ever faced here. Firstly they told Only 1/ 2 rounds of the interview not specified JD correctly. 2. Believe Me, in They Did Hacker Rank test and F2F personal Interview in an open messed up cafeteria were lot of other candidates, employees, HR people . That too Interviewers Little young and trying to show their attitude by shouting on candidate while asking questions. They will ask like some very depth some configuration issues in project setup and they will tell like you don't know basic. there is no rule that what they faced in their project you may or may not face that. 3. Even after clearing 3 rounds they simply told feedback is negative and waste your whole day. If you have other appointments for interview please go for that. i don't know this company is at 64th rank for best workplace. Simple they are advertising it by paying money to media. Very Worst mode of conducting an interview. 4. My Advice is to please don't waste you are valuable time (Notice Period) and carrier joining here. 5. It's purely a consultancy telling it is also having a internal projetcs...Waste of Time.

2 technical round and 1 client round. Very bad experience they took all the round and then said we wont move forward as we are having low budget. Last round they told face to face with client but never happened. Very slow process. I think interview process could be better check candidate budget at start so that unnecessary time wont waste.
