I was initially contacted for this role and spent a significant amount of time preparing for the interview, eager for the opportunity. The interview was rescheduled to the next day initially , which I accommodated, only to have it cancelled just one minute before the new time with no explanation provided by HR. This last-minute cancellation and lack of communication left me with a poor impression of the company’s professionalism and work culture.
