Describing the interview process, this process was very transparent, with communication carried out at all stages of the process and with close monitoring at each of these stages, in a transparent manner.

Terrible wasted 8-10 hours and 2 months of my time. Its a classic switcharoo. Went to three interviews. 2 of them were hour peer assessments. Then because they were interested in me, they wanted to change the position to a lesser role. I knew something was wrong when I was completing the peer assessments. One of proctor in the assessment was having lunch or snacking throughout the assessment. Both proctor were just copying and pasting without offering inputs(What is the point of the peer?) The question were irrelevant to the role I was applying. This is a classic tactic to get talent to apply to an exaggerated role and when they invested enough energy and time they will tell you the actual role they are hiring…. Beware my 2 cents. HR will ignore you and you make sure the position you applied for will remain the same. I asked myself if they are willing to treat me like this before they hire me what else are they hiding or subject to change when I join this company. They ignore me so I can learn about this change in another hour interview with another person…. Now I know why this job posting is listed for such a long time.

easy going and not bad at all very straight forward and not that hard to deal with, use confidence in your answers and it will be a breeze. the interviewer was professional and was easy going and laid back not intimidating at all. I would say go for the interview to get insight into the thinking of a manager
