The entire process took 5 days! Applied on Monday, got a phone call from the Hiring Manager the day after, screening/technical interview about my background in Digital Marketing, eCommerce. During the interview, he presented in details the company, the services they provide, their clients, then explain to me the role, what are the challenge, skills and knowledge needed etc... The phone interview lasted about 25/30 minutes. I got an email the day after for an in person interview for Thursday, very laid back company and culture with great services and clients, we basically went through the job description, I explained how my experience was related to every point, met briefly the CEO (brilliant person), got the offer the next day! The entire process took only 5 days!!!!!
