I completed two interview rounds for a Risk & Monitoring role. The interviews were relevant and the conversations with the team were fine. After the second interview, communication stopped completely. I followed up but never received any update or outcome. Overall, the process lacked basic professionalism and proper candidate communication. Not responding after multiple interview stages is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hiring process.
