Phone screen and then zoom interview, however i think they do in person assessment day now. Very nice but new contract for them so they didn’t know much about the job on offer

Online application, phone interview, then in person assessment day (Information session/group interview/individual interview).
The assessment day started with a couple of hours of information regarding the company and the role, then there were group activities with the people at your table, then each table had an interviewer and you there were individual interviews one by one.
