It was a Zoom interview, where I was interviewed by two employees and asked a set of a standard nine questions. There was no chance for me to ask questions. Their questions were worded poorly and when I asked for clarification, they seemed perplexed or didn't clarify well. Also, I love all the different groups I represent, but they seemed to be asking without asking, and I get they can't flat out ask me about what marginalized groups I represent, but they could have found a way to be less awkward about it.
