The interview process included a telephone interview followed by an in person interview in AltaGas's office in downtown Calgary. Sincerely, The Talent Acquisition Team I was expecting an email from the HR Advisor with a genuine message instead of the Workday autogenerated message I've got. I've also had organizations courteous enough to let me know with a phone call that I wasn't the successful candidate which gives me the opportunity to follow up and ask some questions as well as express my appreciation. For such a large organization with a significant number of HR resources, this approach is impersonal, cold, and speaks to the organizational culture.
