Not bad - HR very friendly. Ask about relevant experience but willing to develop and train weaker skills. Prepare strengths and weaknesses and have examples to back this up. Know availability.

Entretien
An initial online application then assessment centre in London. The assessment centre was quite quirky and fun. I had to bring a cake (homemade) and present to the other applicants about why I made it. There was a short written test (basic cooking terminology). We broke for lunch and most applicants were invited back for an interview in the afternoon. Fairly standard interview questions with two recruiters.

It was online, first it was a couple questions about why you want to do it then scenario questions like situations of cleaning, cooking breakfast, dealing with kids and changeover days
