The interviewer asked about my education and working experience in the field of trading especially cryptocurrency trading. They introduce their educational course to pay 2500 GBP to start and if I will be successful they will hire me for trading. I refused it because I am already a trader!

Firstly, an informal call about why you want to take part in the course and your experience. Then a group interview where they tell you about the course and you have to introduce yourself so they can get to know you.
