This was a typical head hunted position. I got a call from a recruiting agency that had been hired by Alpha Trade Corp and took it forward from there. Once I had submitted my resume, I was requested to go to their office for an interview process. This process was relatively easy and lasted about 3 hours during which I had 2 back to back interviews with the team vice president and a director.
