The process is quite long, it includes a first call to see your interest if you are reached out by a recruiter. Then another call with another recruiter for 20 minutes, then a more extended call with a hiring manager, then a case study and if you move forward, a last call with a VP to know if your interests “are align with the company”.

Tell me about yourself? Do you know what differentiates AlphaSights against other companies? Tell me a time you showed leadership. Tell me a time you faced a challenge in your life.
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.
