phone interview. i was asked questions related to the company, specific topics from the powerpoint slides they sent in advance to prepare with, and my future plans. i had around 5 minutes at the end to ask questions. my interviewer got flustered when i asked about how the management responds to mistakes which is a big red flag for me. she also cut me off in the middle of my questions because she said she had something else to go to.
