Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.

Can go fast, but takes approximately 4 weeks.
The recruiter contacted me directly on Linkedin which led to a first phone call to present the interview and the position.
Then we scheduled a first official interview with that same recruiter. Went well, right dynamic.
This led to a second interview with a manager this time. She arrived late and made it very clear that she didn't have time. She only listened to the first business simulation and while we were having a conversation she did not like my answer and so did not listen to the rest of my answers.
Following that interview, I only got feedback on my first simulation proving that the rest did not matter. Stay away from them, they are not wanting the best for you.

The interview process was three rounds. Initial screening, one on one interview, I didn't make it past the second round, but there was a final interview with team lead afterward.

Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.
