I have only gone through the behavioral interview which was very standard. They asked me about myself, my career objectives, and my experience in client service. They asked me about an instance in which I excelled and one where I did something I did NOT want to do and how I handled it.

Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.
