AVA - video assessment, you have questions and a set amount of time to answer. definitely use the information on glassier for a good idea of what to expect and write down answers ahead of time so you aren't struggling when the time comes 2. phone interview - mine was supposed to be over Google Hangout, but the recruiter's wasn't working, so it was over the phone. pretty straightforward, mostly behavioral. i had to do an exercise before and prepare answers but wasn't asked about it 3. on-site - had to prepare and write out answers to 7 questions ahead of time, not asked about those. had three interviews with four different people i had a phone call with the managing director after my on-site interview

I went through 2 rounds of interviews before deciding myself not to move on after the second. The first one was a standard behavioral one, recorded before a screen (might've changed due to the pandemic). The second one consisted of two parts: the first a role play, where I was assigned a case and asked to look for industry experts to answer a question for a made-up client, the second a standard behavioral interview.
