It’s 3 interviews and they’re time consuming.
The first interviewer was nice and seems to actually care. The second tho was mean, extremely rude, nothing I said was good enough for her, she would provide “feedback” by telling me to do what I already said, she literally was just a mean girl. The third and last was nicer but the instructions were unclear.
To be fair Alphasight expect you to give an immense amount of time for the interviews, big doesn’t even bother to get nice people to do them. It says a lot when 2/3 of the people that introduce me to the company are not nice.

Was very smooth, there's an AI video interview portion, then first round with HR, second round interview that's more technical, and third round interview with a VP that's mostly behavioral.

Why AlphaSights over other companies in sales, consulting, data, etc.
After an AI screening interview the first round of interview is with a senior recruiter that takes about 30 minutes. Many behavioral questions that feels very fast paced. Mostly focusing on your college experiences like classes you took and enjoyed or why you choose your college and major specifically.

Entretien
1st round was an online recording interview. 2nd round was with a recruiter and was a behavior based interview, 3rd round was a case interview. The final round was a behavioral based interview asking some basic questions about you.
