1. Brief video questionaire where I was given a few seconds to respond to about 8 behavioral questions. Rather awkward seeing yourself on screen. 2. Phone interview, mostly behavioral questions again. Lasted about 45 minutes, and I was given a scenario in which I needed to describe how I would go about researching a company. 3. In person Interview, first I met with two current analysts who asked me a series of behavioral questions and then gave me a case study to sample what full time analysts do on a daily basis. After about an hour, two higher level analysts came in and continued to ask me about resume. They focused on my previous sales internship and really questioned me about why I didn't want to work at the place full time. Required a lot of thinking on my toes. This also took about an hour. I received a response a week later saying that I did not get the job.

I went through 2 rounds of interviews before deciding myself not to move on after the second. The first one was a standard behavioral one, recorded before a screen (might've changed due to the pandemic). The second one consisted of two parts: the first a role play, where I was assigned a case and asked to look for industry experts to answer a question for a made-up client, the second a standard behavioral interview.
