First Interview is 45 minutes and consists of basic questions about your education and employment background as well as some behavioral and situational questions at the end of the interview. They will also ask briefly about your career goals and quiz you on some of the basic components of AlphaSights' business model. Interview 2 is a two hour interview. The first hour is a 'case study' where they ask you to perform the duties and role of an associate in client services at the company. This part is not hard if you can use the internet and have a functioning brain. The second hour consists of more situational and behavioral questions. They will ask you how you will respond to different situations that may cause stress in the workday such as: a client delays a project, you can't find enough experts in the field, etc. The final interview is with an executive/senior leader and involves more career oriented questions. It is essentially a final screening and time to meet the last members of the team.
