I applied online through the AlphaSights website. The whole process was pretty long and time consuming, but I guess they wanted to have multiple screenings to make sure they are selecting the right candidates to finally meet in person. 1) There is a video screening. It's a AlphaSights web portal (they send you the link in your video screening invitation email) where you record your answers to their questions in their web based system. Make sure you have good internet connection when you are doing this. The questions they asked were: Why AlphaSights? What are you passionate about/What is your interest? What is your most entrepreneurial experience? What does AlphaSights do? (in your own words) Why did you choose your major? Why did you choose your college? 2) About one day after, I received an email for a google hangout interview. I was interviewed by a member of the HR department. She asked me mostly resume questions. Other questions include: What is an Expert Network? How does AlphaSights differentiate itself from an expert network? The interviewer was kind of in a rush, uninterested, but make sure you get all your points across. 3) About 3 days after, I got an email that is an invitation to an on-site interview in the AlphaSights NYC office. There are two interviews I did on site. One was with two analysts, and the other was with the VP of the firm. The first interview is resume based. The two analysts also conduct a simple case interview based on AlphaSights' business model. The second interview with the VP mostly surrounds fit questions. He asked me questions like: Tell me about a time you failed? Why AlphaSights? Where do you see yourself in 5-10 years? Can get kind of tricky because he wasn't the most attentive interviewer. But seem to ask the right questions at the right times to throw me off guard.

very swift and seamless. The interview process was quick and efficient with constant communication for the team and the recruiter as well. I heard back quick after each interview section.
