next round is a Skype interview that lasts 30-45 min...depends who you get as interviewer, Asian lady is a bore and awkward, makes the interview process completely miserable but another girl is pretty nice and talkative

Interesting conversations. Behavioral + simulation case. If you know what the job is about and you have an interest you'll do well. Two rounds of interviews, first one was all behavioral, second one was both.
