1) Applied Online: consisted of résumé submission and 400 word essay about one of the company values that you embody
2) Video assessment: as described on here, 5 questions, about 5 seconds to prepare and 60 to answer. From what I remember: what makes a successful business in the professional services industry? What book are you reading? Who is your role model? Describe what AlphaSights does.
3) Skype interview: 1 on 1 skype interview with HR recruiter in London, lasted around 55 minutes. First 30 were going through my résumé, and the last 20 or so were about the AlphaSights Business model and what they can do for me, then wrapped it up with any remaining questions
Currently I'm waiting on next steps, which would be a case presentation followed by a final on-site interview with executives

What would be someone's incentive for working with us?
I applied for the Graduate Analyst position at London. The process lasted for around 1 month from contacted by hr to interview. I went through HR screening and user interview. The interview process was okay.

Entretien
The interview was conducted online and lasted around 20 minutes. It was a one-to-one video interview with a hiring manager. The questions were mainly focused on my background, previous experience, and motivation for applying to the Graduate Analyst position. They also asked about my expected salary and availability. The atmosphere was professional but friendly, and the interview followed a structured format.
Good interview, asking primarily about characteristics and personal experiences. Very self-focused, with a lot of emphasis on personality rather than technical ability. Overall interviewers in both screening and first-round interviews were nice people and polite.
