So far, I've only gone through the first round, which was a quick behavioral recorded interview. During the recording, a question would show on your screen for 15 seconds and then it would automatically continue and start recording. The answer portion allowed you to speak for 30-60 seconds depending on the question and would automatically cut you off if you hadn't completed your answer. After the recorded interview, AlphaSights let me know that I passed through to the next round within 24 hours. I am currently preparing for the next interview round which will occur over Google Hangout.
