After applying online and through my university's career center, I was contacted to do a video interview. That part was pretty awkward-- you talk into a camera with nobody on the other end. Still, the questions weren't that hard. The second round is an interview via google hangouts. This felt a little more like a normal interview, although my interviewer seemed a little hurried and didn't appear to be all that interested in what I had to say. Again, the questions weren't that hard. They were pretty much the kinds of behavioral questions you expect at any job interview. Since then, I was asked back to an in-person interview on my campus in a few weeks.

I went through 2 rounds of interviews before deciding myself not to move on after the second. The first one was a standard behavioral one, recorded before a screen (might've changed due to the pandemic). The second one consisted of two parts: the first a role play, where I was assigned a case and asked to look for industry experts to answer a question for a made-up client, the second a standard behavioral interview.
