So far, the interview process has gone along smoothly. I went through the company's website, filled out the 200-word statement, and was emailed a link to complete the self-recorded assessment shortly thereafter (maybe 1.5 weeks from submitting my details). Questions were pretty behavioral, with only one or two that even mentioned the company. The next step was a quick phone call with HR to go over some more details, very similar in nature to the prompts in the video recording. Then, I was invited to interview through Google Hangouts. Again, very behavioral questions to start, but we eventually got to my resume and did a pretty detailed walk-through (the interviewer was really nice). I have another Google interview coming up next week. So far, the company has been good about getting back to me within 48 hours of completing each step.
