Entretien
Based HK, the whole process consists of three parts, AI video interview (5 questions ), HR interview (behavioral questions and sth abt yr profile and understanding to their business), and the final manager round (1-2 hrs).

For the first two rounds, questions are more likely basic general, the third round is time-consuming, lasts 1-2 hrs, unfortunately, I did not reach out.

Straightforward 2 stage interview process with basic behavioural questions discussed during the first stage. Second round with a senior associate, was an extension of the first round and many questions were asked based on the Alpha sights booklet and role.

First round phone screening: general questions about yourself, career plan, and why the company? Mostly about yourself, nothing really towards the business the company do but it will show up in next round.

I attended the Tokyo Career Forum in the summer and happened to walk by their booth and decided I might as well do a walk-in interview. They had me sit down at their booth for a 5 minute screening process but I did not get a call-back for the next round.
