I never made it past the first round video assessment even though I prepared for the questions. The timed one minute to answer each question was definitely nerve wracking and not adequate to give a good answer. It was definitely also frustrating that 3/5 questions were about the company, which made the interview feel more like a book report on AlphaSights.

Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.

Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.

The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.
