Had a phone interview. The questions were overall weird. Too personal, not really insightful for understanding my background, didn't seem to listen to what I was saying. On the job offer they ask for English and Japanese on business level, but on the interview asked to be bilingual. I'm pretty sure I won't get an offer

1. What other companies did you apply for and what is good about them
Phone screening was good asked basic questions about strengths, weaknesses, situation, etc. The questions were fairly straightforward and the usual questions asked during a phone interview. Overall a very good experience.
Initial interview screen, basic questions about resume and why you want to go into the field and this type of job, how resume and past experience transfers. Not very hard but not very exciting.

Long, repetitive and a complete waste of my time. They drag you along for legit like 6 weeks, make you do all these different things, the people that I met were majority nice, expect the final interview with a lady that was a POS
