Entretien
1st round: Zoom Call with a member of the HR team - asking general questions about my CV, experience, reason why this company etc. so very basic. Got back to me on the same day (so earlier than she said she would).
2nd round: 2 parts:
1st part: Zoom call with a manager - quick introduction and then it is case study focused. 3 cases to choose from and one has to select 2 and find 2 experts each (full name, company and title). Afterwards discussion of your choice.
2nd part: Zoom call with a vice president - talking about oneself, competency and personality questions and a role play based on the case studies before.

After submitting your CV, you will receive an email with the links to a personality assessment and on-demand video interview. Once passed, it will followed by real-time online interview, then a job simulation of a day in the life of a graduate associate.

Pretty simple. Pay close attention to the information pack they give as this outlines most of the work. Other than that just standard behavioural questions. Try and speak to one of the current team members for better idea of day to day work.

Entretien
4 stages. Initial phone screening, 1-hour interview with someone from the talent acquisition team, case study simulating a work brief, and a final interview with a senior manager about your background and future ambitions.
