1) Resume screening 2) Recorded video submission (4 questions, 1 minute each) 3) 45-minute interview with HR 4) 2-part case study and behavioral interview with Managers (2 hours) 5) Final round interview with VP (1 hour) A fairly rigorous process—they certainly vet you at every stage—but one led by truly wonderful, kind, and receptive people. HR responded and coordinated extremely efficiently. Managers and VPs asked tough questions but always with an aim to provide feedback and offer support. I had a truly pleasant experience.
