Round 1 was a recorded one-way video interview. 4 Questions - 15s to read each question, 1 minute for each answer. It was fairly straightforward. A lot of the stuff already posted here helped a lot. Browse their website and make sure you know what the company does. There are multiple rounds of interviews for this position and I just passed the first round so I don't know whether I have an offer yet.

Role play: Imagine a client gave an unreasonable request and you have to reject him while being polite and also get across that AlphaSights can help him with future requests.
Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.

The interview process was three rounds. Initial screening, one on one interview, I didn't make it past the second round, but there was a final interview with team lead afterward.

Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.
