The interview is about 30 minutes. Mostly focusing on my background, my previous experience, my understanding of AlphaSights' roles. I got a video interview. They emailed me to schedule the interview and sent me back a link for me to access the interview. In the email, they mentioned what they are interested in asking and provided some links about the company and the position.

What was one of the constructive feedback you got from your previous advisor?
Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.

Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.

The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.
