I submitted my resume online and received a request to do a phone interview.
Not only the interviewer forgot about our interview so I needed to email the HR person to have the interview, she did not apologize me for forgetting the interview. I felt it was very unprofessional. The phone interview took about 10 mins. She asked me some questions and explained to me about the company. However, the interviewer talked way too fast that sometimes I could not hear what she said. I wonder if she speaks like that all the time or she felt she was wasting her time with me and wanted to finish the interview fast.

The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.

Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.
