But I've waited for 2 weeks, then received their rejection email... Saying that my qualification and experience does not match their requirement, but they said they are interested in my cv before doing the video assessment...

Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.
