After you submit the application, you need to work on two steps 1. online video recording short interviews (basic introduction), 2. reasoning test. if completed successfully, you receive an email or a call from HR manager for the first round of in-house interview. (about 60 minutes of interview with HR personnel). there are three more in-house interviews including a final round. Interviews are mostly casual, except the case study. They spend great amount of the time getting to know you.

The interview moved very fast. hr and the interviewers were all very professional. It had loads of behavioral questions with a couple very short relatively easy case. Three rounds in total

1. Is 10 to 15 minutes just confirming a few things from your CV.
2. Is an hour long interview with T&A going more in depth on your CV
3. Is a case study with a manager
4. Is a VP interview
