Applied online through my college job portal and was contacted for a video assessment interview after submitting my application. Had to answer five basic questions staring into a camera, each answer lasting for a minute. I was given unlimited takes though so I could review my answer each time and make adjustments if necessary. Even though giving 5 answers each lasting a minute each seem like it won't take long, I actually spent an entire afternoon submitting the recordings due to the numerous times I retook and re-recorded my replies. Would recommend that you set aside an equivalent period of time for this. Unfortunately did not receive a follow-up interview and was told I did not meet their fit. Whole process wasn't that bad all things considered.

I went through 2 rounds of interviews before deciding myself not to move on after the second. The first one was a standard behavioral one, recorded before a screen (might've changed due to the pandemic). The second one consisted of two parts: the first a role play, where I was assigned a case and asked to look for industry experts to answer a question for a made-up client, the second a standard behavioral interview.
