I found the job posting online through my school career website. I then applied online and within a couple of days I got an email back from HR asking to do an online recorded video interview within the next 5 business days. I replied 2 days later and then didn't hear back from them for weeks. I had to find an HR woman's email address asking her the status and she replied saying they had found someone else.
